Held monthly in Akaroa at my home studio, you’ll be nestled into a rest-nest and experience a combination of sound therapy, visualisation, meditation and individual energy clearing.

The space is tailored for 4-5 people and bookings are essential.

Ideal as a regular ‘energy reset’ and meditation or time-out for girlfriends self-care, bridal party treats, mothers and daughters time.
